Payment options for internet orders include Credit Card, Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Diners Club, Paypal, Direct Deposit, cheque or money order.
Goods will be dispatched upon receipt of payment. Institutions can become Account Customers and receive invoices with payment due in 14 days. The first order is proforma.

Our aim is to despatch on the same day we receive your order. You will be notified via email once your order is in transit. Online orders are despatched from our Melbourne shop.
We aim to have all products in stock, however, due to circumstances beyond our control this cannot always be the case. If a product you order is currently unavailable we will notify you as soon as possible.
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you can return it to us within 30 days of the date of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price (no refund on postage). Simply email us on receipt of the product to let us know, then post the product back and we will arrange a refund. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
Returned items must be received in original, unopened condition and packaged such that transit damage does not occur. If goods are received in an unsaleable condition, then your return may not be processed. There are no returns or exchanges for products on sale or clearance; or for custom made items.
