Groups and institutions have the opportunity to fundraise through Windmill by registering for our new ‘Windmill Rewards Club Card’. The club is free to join and allows your institution, through purchases made by parents, friends and your organisation, to accumulate reward dollars which can be redeemed at our shops, online or by mail order. 5% of every Dollar spent at Windmill can be accumulated if you have a Rewards Card. Rewards Dollars are valid for 12 months from day of purchase.
We encourage your organisation to register for the rewards card. This way, every cent spent with Windmill goes towards fundraising for your institution*. To register, simply fill in your details on the Rewards Card order form, or email

Arrange a Shopping Night at your nearest Windmill shop or online.
Get your parents/friends etc. to support your institution by shopping on a pre-arranged night at one of our shops with our experienced staff members.
Alternitavely plan an evening online, Windmill will allocate a given time period to your institution during which parents, teachers and friends can place orders.
Parents will receive up to 10% discount on their orders and your institution will recieve rewards dollars to the value of 10% of the total order.
Please note that when taking part in a shopping night online you will not see the % discount at checkout and if you are organising a central freight pickup point (at your institution), you will not see that discount either. These discounts (if applicable) will be applied once order is picked. We also do not charge c/c's until order is picked and finalised.
