Windmill uses third parties for shipping out orders. We use a number of service providers. ( Australia Post and Fast Way)
Selection of provider is determined by location, good size &; shipping terms e.g. priority or regular.
Orders are usually shipped immediately after payment has been processed. You will be notified if there is going to be a delay.
Sometimes it can take longer such as during the Christmas rush. It is recommended that Christmas orders be placed before the first of December in order for us to guarantee that you will receive your goods on time.
Shipping Costs are calculated on a “per item” or “per kg” basis and is based on the shipping method you select when purchasing the product. We sometimes offer free shipping for purchases.
Once the order is dispatched, you will be provided with the couriers name and tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment.
Often, you will need to access the couriers’ website and enter in your tracking number to determine the status of your shipment. In some cases, it can take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to show up.
Please note – Nationwide deliver (free & otherwise) can only be extended to areas reachable through standard carrier routes and may exclude areas whereby the cost becomes high due to the deliver location’s remoteness, e.g. Kangaroo Island. If unsure, please check with us first.
